1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.
  
  
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive sales or special promotional events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  
  

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹[Minimum Order Amount, e.g., 299]. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹[Amount, e.g., 49] will be charged at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your Tracking Number (AWB number) and a link to track your package live.
  
  

4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Delays

• Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a working phone number during checkout.
  
  
• Trend Fashion is not responsible for packages delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
  
  

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.
  
  
• Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover with our delivery executive.
