1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Time Limit: We have a 7-Day Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also include all original price tags, brand labels, and original packaging.

  • Proof Required: For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, an unedited unboxing video (showing the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or pauses) is mandatory to process claims.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments

  • Customized or personalized clothing

  • Clearance sale items, deep-discount items, or final sale products

3. Exchanges
